I’m not trying to misunderstand. I only mentioned it because he kept saying Canada will pay for the tariffs in the past even though it is the citizens that have to pay for it. But the companies selling those goods don’t pay the tariffs, so how does going to the US avoid tariffs? It would stop the importers/consumers from paying the tariffs, right? I just assumed they followed the nomenclature of whatever country they operate in.
