I support this message. Ignore the empty-headed uncritical moralizing from the other comment. These helicopters are weapons of genocide and colonialism, the people flying them understand their function. You shouldn’t feel burdened and shunned for writing down what most of us are already feeling, and that feeling is not ultimately in conflict with a universal respect for all life.
That’s always how it works: Target a small group to put a crack in the universality of protections. Use that crack to tear down protections for larger groups. Protecting small minority groups helps us all. Abandoning them hurts us all.
