HR were created by capitalists to oppress the proletariat. They are quite literally doing their job: protect the interests of capitalists.
Capitalism has always killed games. It is in their very political praxis to ruin social past times.

Where’s the heat for the CEO and CFO then? Aren’t they the ones inviting HR into the boardroom?
Where did they come from in a discussion about HR? Yes, CEO, CFO and other ‘officers’ are often bad for creative process. hr are universally bad for any process.
