Someone pressed alt+up in text mode or something and didn’t notice. Edit: they’re stick-on letters. Whole application is sloppy.

It was made by Doug’s sticker company. The same one who made the blue license plates and the Gas Tax stickers
Licence plates were 3M, which is a partner with Deco. All those COVID floor stickers were DECO.
