The Trump administration has been secretly plotting to gift a portion of Yosemite National Park to a private developer, a new report claims.

If there was a meaningful way to unionize construction workers so that blatantly unethical projects like this and data centers wouldn’t be carried out it might stop some of them but that requires a lot of political capital.
