I read it as Dev using the lessons to learn how to do the job themselves. I’m not sure how hiring men instead of women will help cut cost.

I actually kind of admire this dev. My female voices when I DM (or just talk silly at my wife) are meh. They are all chain smokers and sound like the dmv lady from monsters Inc (I love her voice)
