It’s a proposal, yes. But I asked how you would go about executing it.
I wouldn’t be banking on too many hoping to see their relatives, as Israel has killed most of them.
So you would have a large amount that will want to stay where their relatives were killed, where their neighbours were tortured etc.
The alternative is asking them what was all of the killing for.
For nothing? To move anyway?
I seriously doubt it.
That is obviously apart from all of the other reasons.
I have no idea where you are getting “Palestinians would be happy to move there” from.
But, I’m still wondering how you would expect to execute this.
is it the same plan as Israel? Just keep killing them all and move the remaining (they would undoubtedly prefer to kill them too), or are you planning on asking them?
This is my proposal again. . Egypt will be given the West Bank enlarged by land equivalent to the Gaza Strip. In return, Israel will be given the Gaza Strip and land at least 3 times larger than the West Bank in the Sinai Peninsula. Some of the land will be adjacent to water so Israel can build desalination plants. The Sinai is inhospitable, and Egypt doesn’t have the technology to develop it, but Israel does. With its new land, Egypt can give it to the Palestinians, make it a state within Egypt, or whatever it wants.
Palestinians in Gaza would move to the new territory adjacent to the West Bank. The purpose is to have Palestinians live in a contiguous area. The new area could connect to the Mediterranean Sea so the Palestinian area wouldn’t be isolated from Egypt. If the Palestinians in Gaza prefer to live in Gaza, that’s fine but now there would be two areas where Palestinians live.

Offering monetary compensation?

Propose it somewhere that it can make a difference. Lobby politicians, send it to journalists, news media outlets. etc.
Perhaps one of those is a member of this community and read my proposal.
