Gaza would be given to Israel in exchange for an equivalent amount of land adjacent to the West Bank. The purpose being a contiguous piece of land where Palestinians live.

Order them to pay compensation to all of those in Gaza and the West Bank to let them somehow try to rebuild their lives (whatever is left of them).
Remove all ‘settlers’ out of Gaza and the West Bank.
Remove dual citizenship from every Israeli citizen that has it.
Either one or the other, if that is non-negotiable, remove their non-Israeli citizenship.
Continue that temporarily for 50 years at least.
