I’m very happy for you, keep up the good work! It’s important to use the GLP1 to build good habits.
Noot noot!

I’d rather not tbh, I may or may not have taken the 5 Buddhist precepts. Anyway I am losing weight on MJ, albeit very slowly so when I raised the subject my GP told me not to be impatient and he’s probably right, it’s not a race.

Unfortunately this is NHS guidelines so no matter what GP I go to they’ll probably tell me the same thing. I can’t afford the private prescription either so I’ll just be grateful for what I can get.
It irritates me because MJ is much more expensive and I’d love to try to help reduce costs.

I’ve been on Ozempic and then switched to mounjaro and while Ozempic worked really well at stopping food noise, Mounjaro does very little for some reason. I hate that the food noise is still present and I can absolutely confirm that bloody hormones ruin everything because I’m literally rage-eating before a period.
I wish I could go back on Ozempic but my GP says they’re not allowed to switch me back because MJ works at controlling my blood sugar, which is why I’m getting it - not for losing weight. Even though my BMI is 43 and I could use some help.
Verse 3 onwards never fails to give me the goosebumps

That’s wonderful, whenever I go spend some time at my grandparents in France I have to shield several stupid marketing calls per day, usually some energy company who want to make them swap tariffs. It’s tiresome, but my nan refuses to go on the ‘red list’ just in case someone might need to look them up in the yellow pages.
Obvious troll is obvious 😂
