Well the gameplay is very different, and maybe people like the way star wars feels when applied to XCOM type strategy games?
People are not looking at the performance in isolation when rating games.

Probably 150-200 on my PC.
About 4 on my phone.
Yes I have a problem, no I don’t wanna talk about it.

Maybe Captchas could help against automated calls or something?

Does netbird run on wg on on ovpn as well? Maybe that’s an option…

Let’s hope it’s stable and becomes competitive.
Am I the only one who thinks about 50% of these are played up for PR? Like sure, the first few might have been real, especially the one where they hit huggingface, because huggingface actually had to respond and stuff, but I’d be willing to say this is a “fable” situation, where danger is played up for dramatic effect, making them appear more impressive and adding to the mystique.
Like sure, AIs are dangerous, but not really in those ways. More in the ways of information and trust, our democratic process, copyright and ownership of ideas, social engineering, impersonation etc… They do find exploits a good bit but it’s hard for me understand how multiple companies accidentally had broken sandboxes and then in the span of 1-2months we have more than 4 reports of the same thing happening in the same way to multiple companies. These odds are worthy of distrust.

For all we know AMD would have just joined them.
It’s just really depressing to see the global economy basically be held ransom by 3 companies just because the EU and America didn’t properly slam those companies the first time. History doesn’t repeat itself but there’s been way too much historic poetry lately.

They put the onus on AI for the price increase but honestly I believe the ram cartel is responsible to the same degree.
Either way, it looks like we’re soon getting an out, because both of those things are at the brink of changing. And if any one of us has any say in this, they should make sure these things change as fast as possible.

I settled on obsidian really quickly as well. And now sync thing + tailscale + obsidian means I am done experimenting and things just work.
Interesting, I might check that out.
