This is what gets me about the whole “but JB Pritzker’s toilets” argument. The guy is constantly pushing policies to lift up the less fortunate, protect the marginalized, and improve life for his constituents. Taking advantage of any tax loopholes available, which is what we all do, is not a gotcha.
Don’t worry about it too much. You’re gonna be working with some no-nonsense lady named Cathy who’s been doing this for 30 years and she won’t take any guff from anyone.
