Interesting how many TRON Association members were also adoptees of the MSX standard, which had similar (but less ambitious) goals to be “the” world computer interoperability standard. i wonder if that was why they jumped off the project at the first sign of trouble, thinking it was a good thing they didn’t keep all of their eggs in one basket.
