IMO the best thing you can do is treat this as a divine calling to try lower-tech alternatives wherever possible.
Try painting with watercolors, animating in claymation, etc… Best case you realize it’s even more enjoyable, worst case you now know that you actually need the computer.

I’ve kinda defined myself by being a computer/tech nerd, so these past few years have been quite sickening on a very deep level for me, but focusing on physical and old-timey stuff has helped a lot.
Just something simple like turning off my desktop and using my laptop to watch youtube while eating at a different table, so i get some sense of “i’m sitting down to eat dinner now” does a lot.
