Yes, it is. They both (https://www.konkr.io/about/, https://github.com/Sesu8642/FeudalTactics/blob/master/README.md) state that they’re inspired by Slay.

They are a little different in terms of mechanics (e.g. trees vs bandits, movable vs fixed headquarters). kontr.io seems significantly more polished. Feudal tactics is free software.
