I’m on mobile, using Waterfox.

Before even doing anything, a number appears under the first (upper, right, depending on your screen) character, while there’s a question mark under the other character. After selecting a character, the question mark changes into the number representing the character’s popularity which presumably is the intended behaviour. The first number never changes unless a new round is started. It’s also blocked under the results popup on mobile so even if it changed, there’d be no way to compare the two numbers. In desktop mode, it’s at least visible, but also doesn’t change.

This is your fault, I plead insanity.

How does this relate to the community and, also, why tf does it need an AI generated image? Whose feet (if those are feet) are under the table? What is the kid in the middle counting? Who is keeping these people hostage and forcing them to smile? Who is this fucking bad at jigsaw puzzles?

Next step is centaurs, four legs AND hands free to choke people.

“They might do something about it” is just as bad an argument. So what if they find a way? At the very least they’d have to allocate resources to that.

(I’m not advocating for this technology in particular, because of the aforementioned accessibility issues - just speaking in general)

I figured it would fuck up accessibility but I strongly disagree with your second point. Obviously any measure against (or for) anything is useless if only a few people do it, that’s not an argument against adoption but for finding better ways to promote it.
