It’s because a long time ago those in power realized they can literally create more of those politically slow people on purpose, by starving them of education and feeding them nonstop propaganda about never looking behind the curtain.
Now they have a dumb, submissive electorate that can’t stop electing them even if they wanted to. We’re trapped, and we’ll have to gnaw our own leg off to get out.

What percentage of “the people who have a vested interest in making sure the poor fight each other” do you think are boomers, and what percentage are millennials? And of those millennials, what percentage of them are acting on behalf of, and/or dependent on a mega powerful boomer?

I will continue to support and vote for anyone that promises this (with a real plan), but I have given up hope on aging in this country with access to healthcare. I have accepted that I will get by with what I can afford and die before I need to. But not before suffering and watching everyone I love suffer more than they need to. All so that these healthcare execs and politicians can buy…more than they need to.
