      Looks to be $79.99 / £69.99, which is actually more expensive than other games, yes.

      But very true on the optional.

          That two things seem unrelated, and looking at Steam seems to be untrue in general.

          I’m actually unsure I could point at a base game that was more expensive, though if you’d like to I’ll admit I’m wrong on that part!

            Nintendo has sold a couple of games more expensive than GTA6 and some of them were from last gen

              Ok, I’m looking at the Nintendo UK store (https://store.nintendo.com/en-gb) and seeing unreleased/latest first party games at £58.99.

              Have you got a specific example?

              Searched some more, I see that Mario Kart World standalone launched at 79.99, but nothing else so far. Maybe I’m missing something else!
