New method causes cancer cells to burn out

Pushing the accelerator and the brake at the same time is rarely a good idea. But researchers at the University of Gothenburg are using this approach to treat leukemia. A new drug forces cancer cells to keep working hard without having energy until they die. The first study in mice shows very promising results.

      My unpaid interns keep burning out from starvation and overwork. I wonder if we can do the same to cancer cells?

      Just hope cancer doesn’t discover Onlyfans or it will be able to survive grad school.
