Possibly, but that doesn’t look like a maps compass rose I’ve ever seen.
Could be for Android or something.
Here’s what I see on iOS in Australia

It’s still Ontario in Germany.
It is Android.
Still says Lake Ontario for me, on Android, in Google Maps. I’m in Europe
