Meh, as long as my PC can boot Linux, I’ll be fine. If future PCs don’t, then I’ve still got 50 years worth of gaming history to work through on the hardware and software I own, and that’s not counting the many, many tabletop systems that exist. I’ll die long before I run out of games to play.

There’s nothing that can be done on a PS5 that you couldn’t do with a PC, and the PC isn’t a walled garden.
