0·1 day agoSome might argue flock facilitates illegal access to the data and stored video. In which case it’s more about the backend service than the cameras themselves. But yeah other companies can do that too.

Technology@lemmy.world•Sony, Warner sue Anthropic, alleging "blatant theft" of intellectual propertyEnglish
94·2 days agoLet’s play the oligarch monopoly illegal antitrust violating merger game… CBS and Paramount is skydance which wants to merge Warner, all run by David Ellison, son of Larry Ellison, which is Oracle, which works with OpenAI, so it totally tracks they would want to sue Anthropic.
This strategy is super familiar. This is almost like how Oracle acquired Sun Microsystems, to obtain Java to sue Google over Android… Hmmmmmm

The following configuration works.
Note the go2rtc -> streams -> <name>
Is the same as the cameras -> <name>
They use the same IP address.
This is a Tapo C120 cam.Note the “tapo://” protocol (this enabled 2-way audio) requires only the password, and device IP without a port number or URI path.
config.yaml
go2rtc: streams: living_room: - rtsp://username:password@xxx.xxx.xxx.123:554/stream1 - tapo://password@xxx.xxx.xxx.123 cameras: living_room: enabled: true ffmpeg: inputs: - path: rtsp://username:password@xxx.xxx.xxx.123:554/stream1 roles: - detect ... ...
