Sounds like a skill issue. But I agree sway is way more stable, I like it too. I personally use hyprland cause even on nvidia gaming worked better on it compared to sway. The breaking changes every few months is a pain in the ass but honestly worth it for all the features. You can do literally anything you want in hyprland. Sway still doesn’t have a way to pin floating windows 😩.

I have hyprland, sway and niri configured. So if anything breaks(mostly hyprland xD) I can easily get my work done. The more options the merrier.
